So we completed the first season of outdoor soccer and truth be told I actually really enjoyed watching the boys play. Now, I am certainly not rushing out to get the soccer ball sticker on the van and subaru, but I am ready to sign the boys up again in the spring if they want.
The past weekend the boys even got to play their last games against one of their close friends whose parents happen to be friends of ours so the siblings got the play each other while we hung out on the sidelines.
Though I may not still totally understand what "off sides" is, my boys each got some good plays including a great head ball!
Now this type of "football" I can get behind. Maybe if they made a sticker that said "have crafts, will travel" I would add that to my car!
