right next to the beautiful growing marshmallow plant that Jasper got from Kristine at Herbal Roots, hiding out under a patch of plantain was a wee little toad! The boys discovered their toad to coincide with our next month of flora and fauna learnin'- moving from snakes to toads is a good transition in a life cycle sort of way!
Our last part of our snake learning this month will culminate with some henna snakes this weekend I think!
