what's new at
mamaroots?
The first issue of Mother Grove is available and I will be working on
the next issue this summer. I bought a scroll saw and have
fallen in love with working with wood and have enjoyed making wood
toys, especially with a storytelling influence.
Now Open- my new
Etsy shop- now shopping is even
easier!
I have been busy
reading and keeping up with current books for the womb room.
Be sure to check out my blog for reviews
of what I am currently reading. I have finally moved from
dial-up to high speed. This makes it much easier to blog and
do updates. I usually blog at least once a day- be sure to
read for and watch for upcoming contests!

I just recently
added some natural fiber Mother Cords- great for the mother wrist cord
ceremony at a mamablessing. This way you can get just enough
natural fiber yarn without having to buy a whole skein of
thread!
My next venture
is learning how to work with wood. Until I start making some
of my own I found some wonderful handcarved to sell.
